X-Ray & Ultrasound Imaging
Accurate diagnosis is at the heart of effective veterinary care. At Vet in the City, we offer advanced diagnostic imaging, including x-rays and ultrasound, to help identify and understand a wide range of health conditions in dogs and cats.

At Vet in the City, we have a dedicated x-ray suite equipped with state-of-the-art imaging technology. This allows us to provide fast, accurate diagnostic imaging within the clinic, supporting prompt and effective treatment decisions.
Our veterinary team is highly trained and experienced in diagnostic imaging, enabling us to perform both x-ray imaging and ultrasonography to investigate a wide range of conditions.
These tools are invaluable in helping us assess internal structures, identify abnormalities, and reach an accurate diagnosis—whether your pet is experiencing acute illness, chronic symptoms, or unexplained changes in behaviour or mobility.
When imaging may be needed
Diagnostic imaging may be recommended if your pet is showing signs such as lameness, vomiting, difficulty breathing, unexplained weight loss, or other concerns identified during a clinical examination.
In some cases, imaging provides reassurance that no serious underlying condition is present, while in others it allows us to detect and treat problems as early as possible.
