When your pet needs urgent care, our fully trained veterinary team is here to help. At Vet in the City, we are equipped to respond quickly in the event of an emergency, ensuring your pet receives the prompt treatment and attention they need.

If your pet requires immediate veterinary attention, it’s important to get to the nearest vet as quickly and as safely as possible. This includes situations where your pet is struggling to breathe, has collapsed, or has sustained a serious injury. Acting fast can make all the difference.

For urgent concerns that are not life-threatening, we recommend giving us a call. Our team will assess the situation and arrange an emergency appointment as soon as possible to ensure your pet is seen promptly.

If you have an emergency during our opening hours, please call us on 020 3780 2085.

Our opening times are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: Closed

What happens if you have an emergency out of hours?

If you need veterinary care outside of our opening hours, we have partnered with Veteris, a trusted emergency mobile vet service provider, with access to an out-of-hours hospital in Hackney. This ensures your pet has access to professional emergency care, day or night.
