What happens if my pet needs emergency overnight care?

We partner with Veteris. Veterinary Hospital for emergency and overnight care. If your pet needs hospitalisation:
✔ We help arrange the transfer to Veteris. Your primary vet stays in close contact with their team.
✔ We remain in control of the case and make the best decisions for your pet with the team at Veteris.
✔ If daytime monitoring is needed, we bring your pet back to our clinic for continued care if we feel this is in the best interest to you pet and the client.
